Service Agreement

By engaging Ultra Water Damage Restoration for water damage restoration services, you agree to the following terms. We provide emergency and non-emergency water damage restoration, structural drying, flood cleanup, sewage cleanup, and reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties in Wilmington and surrounding areas.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all restoration work. Final pricing is based on the actual scope of work required, which may differ from initial estimates if hidden damage is discovered during the restoration process. Any changes to scope or cost will be communicated to you and require your approval before proceeding.

Emergency Services

Emergency water extraction and mitigation services are provided 24/7. By authorizing emergency work, you agree to our emergency service rates, which will be clearly communicated at the time of dispatch. Emergency mitigation is designed to prevent further damage and may begin before a full scope of work is established.

Insurance Claims

We work with all major insurance carriers and can bill them directly with your authorization. However, the property owner is ultimately responsible for payment of services rendered. We will provide all necessary documentation to support your insurance claim.

Warranty

Ultra Water Damage Restoration stands behind our work. We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all restoration and reconstruction services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, contact us within 30 days of project completion and we will address the issue at no additional cost.

Property Access

By authorizing restoration work, you grant our technicians access to the affected areas of your property during agreed-upon hours. We will treat your property with respect and take reasonable precautions to protect unaffected areas during the restoration process.

Limitation of Liability

Ultra Water Damage Restoration is licensed & bonded and fully insured. Our liability is limited to the scope of work outlined in our service agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, items removed from the property by the owner, or damage caused by events beyond our control.
